5.12.2 Delivery Vehicles:Inspection and Maintenance

The Company maintains all vehicles following the automobile manufacturer’s recommendations and industry guidelines. Maintenance, repairs, and replacements of tires and other items are performed as required.
Documentation of all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and item replacements is kept by management in a systematic format. Vehicles have a visual inspection performed daily before they vehicle is used. Any items of concern are reported to a supervisor immediately. Vehicles are kept with adequate oil and fluids as required. Vehicles maintain adequate gasoline reserves for deliveries.
Any breakdowns or incidents are documented and reviewed as needed.
