Rental equipment is repaired at no cost to the patient/client unless the patient/client damaged the equipment through misuse or abuse. Equipment owned by the patient/client is repaired according to stated fees. The patient/client is aware of all charges for repairs they are responsible for prior to the repair.

The organization does not charge patients/clients or third-party payers for repairing or replacing items covered under warranty. This applies to all purchased and rented items, including capped ones under warranty. The organization provides patients/clients with information about supplied items covered under warranty by keeping copies of all related letters, logs, pages, or signed notices.

Repairs on equipment owned by the organization and/or the patient/client are completed promptly and in a manner that meets any payer requirements unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a part on the order that is out-of-stock for some time..
